Breast Cancer Walk on October 18th
The North Babylon Teachers' Organization will be participating in the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" Walk on October 18th, 2009, at Jones Beach along with other NYSUT affiliates. The New York State United Teachers is a Flagship Sponsor of the "Making Strides" Walk, and many local teachers unions on Long Island will be participating in this event. Last year the NBTO raised over $7,500 to help fight breast cancer.
