DeLuca Holds Teachers Versus Parents Volleyball Game
William E. DeLuca Elementary School recently hosted its 3rd Annual Teachers versus Parents Volleyball Game. The school's gymnasium was filled with students who were not only cheering for their parents but for their favorite teachers and staff as well. Mrs. Norann McManus, the school's Principal, was dressed as referee. The games were highly competitive, but the teachers managed three out of four wins. Since the event is such a hit, the school is planning its 4th Volleyball game for 2011, and there is even talk about a softball game in the spring.
