HS Honors the Top Twenty in the Class of 2011
North Babylon High School hosted a breakfast on April 12th to honor the Top Twenty in the Class of 2011. Attending were the school's top scholars, their family members, and the teachers whom they had selected as being the most influential in their lives.
At an assembly before the breakfast, each student received the President's Award for Educational Excellence and spoke a few words about future plans and their favorite teacher whom they had brought as a guest. HS Principal Mr. Ray Williams congratulated them on their extraordinary success in the most challenging courses offered at the high school and wished them well in future endeavors.
The Top Twenty alphabetically are: Emily Abma, William Burton, Solange Carpio, Robert Chevalier, Kevin Crowley, Peter DeBlasi, Nicholas Domnisch, Louis Ferrogari, Jared Ginsberg, Natalie James, Meghna Kumar, Ariana LoGerfo, April Makely, Jillian Manzo, Tracey Mikulewicz, Jonathan, Quarant, Kelsey Reardon, Daniella Rosa, Kevin Schmid, and Amy Vu.
The Valdictorian is Peter DeBlasi and the Salutatorian is Kevin Schmid.
