HS Hosts Fashion Show

Many schools strive to have an annual event that rallies the students and staff, draws alumni and instills school spirit. Add to that the fact that it's all for charity, and you have the 2nd Annual High School Fashion Show. The show was held at the High School on Saturday evening, May 7th. Established by art teacher Veronica Murphy, the Fashion Show highlights students and teachers, and even some teachers' children, as models. Fashions were provided by many local stores. The high school's Fashion Production class featured some of their own handmade designs. This event was in conjunction with “Students for a Better World” and all proceeds benefited Habitat for Humanity and the Long Island Breast Cancer Coalition.
