MGV Has "Hearts" For Haiti
The first grade students at MGV, along with their teachers Mrs. Kreuscher and Ms. Pluchinotta, organized a collection to raise money for the victims in Haiti. Families, teachers, and staff were asked to decorate a heart and return it to the first graders along with a donation of $1.00 or more. The hearts were later displayed on a bulletin board in the school's main hallway. The $616.00 collected was given directly to the International Red Cross for use in Haiti.
