MGV and PP Students Exhibit Art at LI Children''s Museum
Students of Ms. Renee Blank and Mrs. Lisa Gregorek have had their artwork on display at the Long Island Children's Museum in Garden City during the month of February.
Using mixed media, select 3rd graders from Parliament created a "quilt" exhibit modeled after the "Quilts at Gees Bend, Alabama." The display from MGV is a collection of "oval action figures," a classic drawing technique beautifully mastered by the students.
