NBHS Student Has Perfect Score on SAT

A North Babylon High School student, Kevin Schmid, set a North Babylon record by scoring 800 points on each of the three sections of the SAT for a perfect score of 2400. for a was recently honored by the North Babylon School District Board of Education for achieving a perfect score on the SAT. Kevin scored 800 points on each of the three sections for a perfect score of 2400.
Not only is Kevin in the company of the top 1% of the nation's SAT takers, but also he scored a perfect five on six Advance Placement (AP) examinations: Chemistry, World History, Calculus, English Language Composition, Physics and US History. He is a valuable member of the high school's Academic Team and a member of the Columbia University Science Honors Program.
Kevin is a well rounded person with boundless potential who, in addition to being a scholar, is a volunteer, tutor, and trumpet player. He has already been offered a full scholarship to St. John's University but has also applied to MIT, Cornell, Columbia University, Stony Brook and Binghamton. He plans to major in Chemistry with hopes of becoming a Researcher at a major laboratory. With his brains and drive, there are virtually no limits to what Kevin can achieve.
