NB Students and Teachers Take Trip to Italy
Several North Babylon students went on the 10th annual European tour and visited Venice, Verona, Milan, Florence, Assisi, and Rome. The chaperones were art teacher Veronica Murphy and music teacher Jay Orig. Though this was not a school sponsored trip, student education was enhanced as they visited historical and artistic sites and viewed some of the world’s most renowned artworks. They even visited a cooking school and learned about Italian cuisine.
