Parliament Place Holds Family Math & Science Night
The Site Base Team at Parliament Place recently hosted a "Family Math & Science Night." Everyone had a great time starting off at the "Estimation Station" and working their way around the building to participate in other interesting activities. Children were delighted to participate in teacher run activities such as "Hurkle," "Touchdown Bingo," "Make a Calendar," "Sink or Float,""Experimenting with Food," and "Dealing with Dice." To help those in need, each family that attended brought cans of food for the local food pantry. Thanks to the Site Base Team and all the faculty, staff, and parents who volunteered to help, it was a a terrific evening.
