RMMS Students Create Power Point Presentations

Reading Specialist Liz Golden and Library Media Specialist Sharon Sullivan collaborated on a motivating research project centered on student-chosen topics. Phase one began in the library, where students were asked to choose a topic that fascinated them. Using library books and the Internet, students feverishly looked up information. Many students said that they found facts that they had not previously known about their subjects. Phase two took place in the computer lab. There the students took their information and created amazing Power Point presentations, which they presented to the class. They found the project both interesting and enjoyable.
