RMMS Students Journey Back in Time to Ancient Egypt
RMMS students in the classes of Ms. Janelis, Ms. Triscritti, Mrs. Alicea, and Mrs. Murray recently boarded the Long Island Railroad for a journey back in time to Ancient Egypt when they visited the Times Square Exhibition Center. There they saw ancient Egyptian artifacts and the tomb of King Tut and listened to narratives that described each artifact. The students knew what to expect because they had taken a virtual tour of the exhibit in class to prepare them for the event, but they were still awed by what they saw.
