Boys Basketball Players Named All League
Three Varsity Basketball players have received honors this season. Senior Ian Perez, who averaged 13 points per game and helped his teams win county championships in baseball, football, and basketball during his high school career, was named All League. Vitchel Toussaint, who averaged 12 points a game, was named All League for the third year in a row. He, too, helped his teams win both league and county championships. Last but not least, seventh grader Devonte Green received All League Honorable Mention and is the only seventh grader to do that. He averaged 12 points per game, hit 40 three pointers, and is the only seventh grader in Long Island history to play at the Varsity level.
