MGV Holds Share a Story Night
In December the children at MGV participated in one of their favorite holiday traditions known as Share a Story Night. Decked out in their favorite pajamas, they gathered in the auditorium and were read “Auntie Claus” as the story illustrations were projected on the big screen. After the story, they went to their classrooms where they shared more exciting stories and poetry. The evening ended with hot cocoa and cookies. At the event, books and magazine were collected to send U.S. troops stationed in foreign countries. The evening was a great way to combine the joy of reading while remembering those who are far from home this holiday season.
