Parliament Place Holds Holiday Sing-A-Long
Parliament Place held its Annual Holiday Sing-A-Long with all the students, faculty, and staff on Dec. 23rd. The last day of school is picked every year and everyone gathers in the gym as each grade gets to sing two holiday songs. Christmas, Chanukah, and Kwanza are all celebrated and even the school’s very own "Holiday Rockers" brings down the house with "Run, Run, Rudolph" and other holiday songs. The band is made up of 5th grade teachers Gregg Morisie and Dave Heins and was joined this year by music teacher Laura Hopkins. All the children tried to sing their best and hoped that Santa would make an appearance. Santa did not disappoint.
