Parliament Place Student Council Holds Drive for Town Food Pantry
As part of their Community Service Pledge, the Parliament Place Student Council conducted a school wide food drive and then delivered the donations to the Town of Babylon Food Pantry. While students were at the Pantry, they stocked the shelves in the pantry. This was an example of the givers receiving more than they gave, as evidenced by a comment of Vice President Nick Jordan when he said "It made me feel so good knowing that my schoolmates and I helped out members of the community during some hard times."
